The following is a list of criteria used to allow East West Property Management to select qualified residents for our rental units.
1. Applicant(s) must submit a check payable to East West Property Management for the non-refundable fee of $17.50. This fee applies to every adult and covers the cost of the credit/background/eviction check.
2. Each adult must provide two legal proofs of identification prior to signing of the lease.
3. Applicant(s) must have a minimum credit score of 600, steady employment for a minimum of five (5) months and household income of at least three (3) times monthly rent including average utilities.
4. Applicants must provide 2 months of paystubs to verify that they income qualify.
Applicants who do not meet any of the above qualifications must have a co-signer who meets all the requirements. The use of a co-signer may result in an additional deposit.
