The person conducting showings will typically be the leasing agent. This person is primarily responsible for helping prospective tenants through the leasing process. Once your application is processed and approved, the property manager will introduce themselves and become your main point of contact for all property specific items that may arise during your stay.
No, East West Property Management serves as a third party that manages the leasing and maintenance of the property. We communicate with the property owner as needed on behalf of tenants.
There are two ways to submit maintenance requests: your tenant portal and East West’s office phone number. During an emergency, call the office phone number to be directed to our 24-hour hotline. If you submit an emergency request online, it won’t be handled as urgently.
To be approved with a regular deposit and without a co-signor, you must have a 650 credit score, 2 years of rental history, no felonies within the last 5 years, a Household monthly income 3 times the monthly rent amount, and no evictions within 7 years, among other standard requirements.
