The dryer in at 618 N. 7th Ave. E does not work, stopped blowing heat few weeks ago.
Also, the security lights on the side of the duplex have not worked in over a year, as the bulbs need to be replaced. Lastly, the garbage is being can is being overfilled before pick up on Wed am. and we may need an additional garbage bin for both properties on the one lot.
