With the property owner’s permission, a unit’s walls can be painted with tasteful colors. Intense colors like jet black or fluorescent yellow are not permitted.
Check marketing information. Vacant units can only be held for 15 days unless the Property Manager says otherwise. Non-vacant units are typically not held past the marketed availability date.
For Ratio Utility Billing System, Utilities are calculated based on the unit’s number of occupants and square footage. The account for the utilities is held by East West, and the tenant is billed on their tenant ledger for the amount they are responsible for.
You need to put any applicable utilities for your unit into your name before East West relinquishes your keys before your move-in day. If your utilities are billed to you under RUBS, then you don’t need to set up an account with the utility provider. Instead, it’s billed to you in your tenant portal on your ledger.
